HOW DO I PAY RENT?
We encourage you to log on and use Cozy. https://home.cozy.co. You can securely hook up your bank account and make easy and seamless online rental payments. You will receive an email to log in and input your information. This is where you will be invoiced for, rent and any extra charges including your water bill.
Rent is due on the first of each month payable through Cozy. Late fees will be applied for late rent payments per the terms in your lease agreement. If you need to send a check our address is 1950 Butler Pike, Suite 210, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
HOW DO I REQUEST MAINTENANCE?
If there are any issues we encourage you to open up a case as soon as possible. Fixing problems early saves frustration and money. We want to work together to help keep you happy and keep costs low. For fastest service we encourage you to open a ticket online through Cozy. https://home.cozy.co

WHAT UTILITIES AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Please change over utilities to begin on the date you move in.

- WATER: Water will remain in the owner’s name but will be invoiced to you through Cozy. Please make sure to pay your water bill through cozy.

Tenants are responsible for their own trash and recycling cans.
